What else you will need

Prepare the wash with the sugar or dextrose quantity and temperature range printed on the pack. The supplier specifies this yeast for 6-8kg sugar washes, with dextrose quantities differing from ordinary sugar. Follow the staged instructions so the carbon ferments with the wash and the two clearing parts are added in the correct order after fermentation.
