Pure Distilling Premium Spirit Yeast

Pure Distilling Premium 8 Spirit Yeast is a high-performance yeast and nutrient blend for reliable fermentation, clean flavour and strong alcohol yield. It is designed as an all-round option for neutral spirit washes.

What else you will need

For maximum yield, use 8kg sugar or 9kg dextrose in the wash. It can also be used with 6kg sugar or 7kg dextrose for a faster fermentation. Keep the wash between 20–26°C, with approximately 24°C providing the supplier’s preferred performance.

After fermentation, use an appropriate wash clarifier and filtering process where required by your distilling method.
