Original Rocky Rum

Spirits Unlimited Original Rocky Rum is a concentrated flavouring for creating a robust rum-style drink from a suitable neutral spirit. The 50ml bottle makes up to 5L.

Mixing guide

• Use approximately 7.5ml per 750ml bottle of 40% neutral spirit
• Or approximately 11.25ml per 1.125L
• Mix thoroughly, then allow the flavour to settle before tasting

Adjust only after resting, as the profile can integrate and soften with time. This flavouring does not replace the neutral spirit base.
