Original Matured Brandy

Spirits Unlimited Original Matured Brandy is a concentrated 50ml flavouring for creating a rounded brandy-style drink from suitable neutral spirit. One bottle makes up to 5L.

Mixing guide

• Add approximately 7.5ml per 750ml of 40% neutral spirit
• Or approximately 11.25ml per 1.125L
• Mix thoroughly and rest before assessing the flavour

Longer resting can help the profile integrate. Taste after resting before making any fine adjustment to the dosage.
