Mangrove Jack’s Craft Series Microbrewery

The Mangrove Jack’s Craft Series Microbrewery is a reusable stainless-steel starter package for brewing and bottling a 23-litre beer kit. It includes a Golden Lager pouch with yeast, a seamless 304 stainless fermenter with litre markings, handles and stainless ball-valve tap, plus airlock and bung, spoon, brush, hydrometer, carbonation drops, cleaner, sanitiser and bottling attachment.

What else you will need

Bottles are not included. A 23-litre batch needs about 31 × 750ml bottles of usable capacity; three packs of either 15-pack PET bottles or 12-pack flip-top bottles provide enough capacity with spares. Confirm every bottle is clean, pressure-rated and undamaged.

Follow the included pouch and equipment instructions, sanitise all cold-side contact surfaces and confirm fermentation is complete before bottling.
