How to use Kohatu

Kohatu suits American IPA, IPA and pale ale recipes, particularly in late-boil, whirlpool and dry-hop additions. Galaxy is a possible substitute, although the final fruit balance will differ. Check the alpha-acid figure printed on the current pack before calculating bittering additions.
