Still Spirits Icon Liqueur Shamrock Cream creates a sweet, creamy Irish whiskey-style drink with subtle chocolate and coffee notes. The flavouring makes 1L when combined with the matching base and neutral spirit.

What else you will need

Pre-mix 70ml warm water with 250ml of 40% ABV vodka or neutral spirit. Whisk this gradually into one Icon Cream Liqueur Base 215g, add the flavouring, then top up to 1L with 40% neutral spirit or vodka.

Mix thoroughly and refrigerate the finished liqueur.
