How they are used

Crush and dose only as directed on the tub for treating fruit must, helping preserve wine or cider, or removing chlorine and chloramine from brewing water. The correct amount depends on the application, so do not substitute a generic dose.

Safety: contains sulphites and can release irritating sulphur dioxide gas. Work with good ventilation, avoid inhaling vapour or dust, and keep away from children.
