Essencia Whisky Sherry Barrel Chunks – 100g Limited Edition

Essencia Whisky Sherry Barrel Chunks are cut from freshly emptied Pōkeno Alchemy single-malt-whisky-soaked Spanish oak sherry barrels. The wet oak, charred interior and generous surface area help add authentic whisky, sherry and oak character more quickly than dry staves or chips.

Suggested use

• Pack size: 100g
• Spirit: Up to 2L at approximately 40% ABV
• Contact time: About 10 days, tasting regularly

Add the chunks to the spirit in a suitable sealed vessel. Taste as the flavour develops, then remove the oak, allow any sediment to settle and filter if needed.
