Essencia Walkers Whisky

Essencia Walkers Whisky creates a robust blended Scotch whisky-style drink with a distinctive flavour. The bottle makes 2.25L from a suitable neutral spirit.

Mixing and ageing

Add the flavouring to the quantity and strength of neutral spirit specified on the bottle, mix thoroughly and divide into clean bottles if required. Rest the finished blend for at least seven days before assessing it.

Ageing gives the flavour time to integrate; a longer rest may further soften the finished profile.
