Edwards Iceberg Rum

Edwards Iceberg Rum produces an Australian-style rum with pronounced burnt-molasses character, particularly suited to serving with cola.

Mixing instructions

• Add 10ml, or two capfuls, to 700ml vodka or 38% neutral spirit.
• Shake well and allow the flavour to settle.

Bottle size: 50ml. Makes: Up to 3.5 litres.
