500g dried coriander seeds conveniently packed into a vacuum packed bag.

Coriander seeds are commonly used in distilling gin as part of a botinical mix with juniper, citrus and sometimes liquorice. It can also be used as part of a beer recipe, namely Belgian wits, saisons and goses in which the coriander seed imparts sharp citrus flavours.
