Classic Northern Whiskey creates a rounded single-malt-style spirit with lemon zest, toffee, apple and subtle coconut character. It was previously named Classic Highland Malt Whiskey.

How to mix

Add the sachet contents to 1.125L of 40% ABV neutral spirit and mix thoroughly. Rinse the sachet with a little spirit so all flavouring is transferred, then allow the finished spirit to rest before tasting.

This is concentrated flavouring only; prepared neutral spirit is required. Contains barley and milk allergens.
