Citric Acid – 10g

Hauraki Brewmaster Citric Acid can be used to prepare an acidic final rinse after equipment treatment where the relevant process specifically calls for pH adjustment.

How to use it

• Pack size: 10g
• Stated rate: Two teaspoons per 10 litres of water
• Ingredient: Citric acid

Follow the instructions for the cleaner or sterilising product you are using. Citric acid is not a substitute for cleaning visibly dirty equipment or for a suitable sanitising step.

Choosing the right citric acid pack

Choose by the stated application and directions, not by pack size alone:

• 10g citric acid – small final-rinse sachet with its own stated rate.
• 15g citric acid – specifically described for a compatible condenser soak.
• Vintner’s Harvest 100g – larger pack for label-directed rinse use.
• Vintner’s Harvest 1kg – bulk pack for measured recipe or cleaning applications.

These products do not share one universal dose. Follow the selected pack and process directions, and never mix cleaning chemicals directly.
