A 275g powdered sodium-metabisulphite product for cleaned brewing and distilling equipment, used at the label dilution rate.
How to use
First remove all visible soil with a suitable cleaner such as Mangrove Jack’s Cold Water Cleaner/Detergent, then rinse as directed. Dissolve 50g in 4.5L warm water, treat compatible equipment for 30 minutes, then rinse with clean cold water.
Safety
Sulphite fumes can irritate and trigger sensitivity. Use ventilation and label-specified protection, do not mix with acids or other cleaners, and keep away from children.
