A powdered sulphite product for cleaned wine-making equipment, diluted at 40g per 4.5L warm water.
How to use
First remove visible residue. A Demijohn Brush helps reach deposits inside narrow-neck vessels; use a suitable cleaner where required and rinse it away before the sulphite treatment.
Treat cleaned equipment for 30 minutes, then rinse with clean cold water as directed.
Safety
Use ventilation and label-specified protective equipment, avoid inhaling fumes and never mix with acids or other cleaners.
