Match the product to your wash

• Use Distiller’s Yeast Gin or Distiller’s Yeast Vodka when preparing the corresponding light-spirit wash.
• For darker styles, compare Distiller’s Yeast Rum and Distiller’s Yeast Whiskey.
• Choose Light Spirits Nutrient or Dark Spirits Nutrient to suit the recipe.
• Starch-based mashes may require specialised enzymes such as High Temperature Alpha-amylase.
