Choose a Morgan’s kit

• Morgan’s Apple Cider makes a dry-style apple cider, with sweetness adjusted carefully if desired.
• Morgan’s Ginger Beer combines malted grains and ginger for a distinctive summer drink or mixer.

Check the product instructions for batch size, required sugar, sweetening and fermentation temperature. Take particular care when sweetening a drink that will also be carbonated in the bottle.
