Still Spirits Air Still Mini Distillery

The Still Spirits Air Still Mini Distillery combines the compact Air Still, fermentation equipment and small-batch filtration components in one starter package. It can be used for distilled water, essential-oil hydrosols and—where legally permitted—small batches of spirit.

What is included

• 10-litre fermenter with thermometer.
• Carbon filter system and spirit collector.
• Mixing spoon, distilling conditioner and boil enhancers.
• Air Still Fermentation Kit with yeast, nutrient, carbon and clearing treatment.
• Two flavoured-vodka essences, hydrometer and instructions.

The package is designed to produce up to approximately 2 litres of vodka-style spirit from a prepared wash. Check New Zealand licensing requirements before distilling alcohol and never leave operating equipment unattended.

Air Still Carbon Cartridges – 10 pack are the matching replacement filtration consumable once the included cartridge supply is exhausted.
