Still Spirits Distiller’s Nutrient Dark Spirits is formulated for fermentations based on grain or molasses, including whiskey, brandy and dark-rum styles. The 450g pack supports a wash of up to 25 litres.
How to use
Use the dosage and method on the current pack for your chosen fermentable and batch size. Nutrient requirements differ between grain, molasses and sugar-based recipes, so do not assume a rate from another turbo product.
Helpful information
Use with suitable yeast, sanitation and temperature control. Confirm fermentation is complete before processing, and follow all equipment safety directions and applicable New Zealand law.
