Refine your finished spirit
- American White Oak adds a general oak option for compatible spirit styles.
- For whiskey-inspired profiles, compare Jim Beam Oak and Southerner Whisky Oak.
- Plantation Rum Oak is intended for rum-style finishing.
- Use Caramel Concentrate or Hickory Smoke only in small, controlled additions.
Measure each addition, mix thoroughly and allow the sample to settle before tasting again. Concentrated colour, smoke and oak notes can quickly overpower a batch.
