We are actively monitoring the COVID-19 situation in New Zealand and will keep you informed here about any changes that may affect our service. Please check back here for our most up-to-date information about our response to COVID-19.

What COVID-19 Alert Level Four means for Home Brew Shop:

As you are likely aware, the government raised New Zealand’s COVID-19 alert level to Level Three and then will raise it to Level Four on Wednesday the 25th of March at 11:59pm.

We are still taking orders on the website and will continue to process and courier out. However, as you can see by browsing around our website, we are significantly low on stock. As, most of our suppliers are or will be closing, our stock levels will unfortunantly remain low until the NZ government restrictions have been lifted.

Last information & reports we’ve received are that Courier Post will remain open and continue to pick up & deliver orders.

High order volume:

We are currently experiencing a higher than usual volume of orders. We kindly ask that customers allow an additional few days for orders to be processed and shipped out; We apologise for any delays. If there are any problems with the processing and/or supply of your order, we will email and work through this with you.
